RETURNS/EXCHANGE OF ITEMS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALE AND WE CURRENTLY DO NOT HAVE THE CAPACITY/ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
In the future we hope to be a place where we can do this, but with our small staff, it's impossible for us to facilitate returns/exchanges.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT
In the rare instance that we made a mistake, we want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Send us an email at support@godisgoodco.com to notify us of the mix up… please include your order number, name and emailed used on the order. Make sure to specify the original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Pre-orders (4-6 weeks to arrive in warehouse) are shipped within 3-4 business days after we receive items from manufacturer. (occasionally varies on holidays)
Most items are made to order - Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be shipped!
Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day
WHY IS MY ORDER STILL IN "PRE-SHIPMENT"?
Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as usps scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.
MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
After a package leaves our facility, we unfortunately have no control over it. Usps is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ISSUES
God Is Good Apparel Company will not be held responsible for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes. If you have not received a tracking number we can make any changes necessary.
If your package is “return to sender” we will reship the item to updated address. However, customer is responsible for shipping invoice for the second delivery attempt.
DIFFERENT SHADES OF GARMENTS
In the world that we are currently in, there are a lot of national shortages. One of these shortages is blank garments. So in order to continue to offer you incredible products, sometimes we may have to order a different garment than normal & every manufacturer has small color differences, but every color will be close to the original if not exact.
